2. SHOP FLOOR INCHARGE (Switchgear - Electrical Control Panels) (Hiring Closed)

Wired for leadership? ELEN Guwahati is looking for a Switchgear Pro to lead our shop floor! If LT/HT panels are your playground, this is your next big move.

Roles / Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Manufacturing and delivering the product at expected date of delivery and as per the client need

Skills Set

Should be able to troubleshoot faults.
Experienced in APFC, AMF, DG, and DG Sync Panel
Able to understand overall SLD of the plant & scope of design. Should be able to read & interpret customer satisfaction & technical data correctly.
Hands-on experience in designing control & protection scheme for power generation and distribution switchgear/control gear.
Should be familiar with different modes of system operation like standby and peak power, cogeneration, load sharing, load demand, load shed etc.
Knowledge of Testing and commissioning of LV & MV switchgear.
Should be familiar with Automatic transfer switch, battery charger, Load bank design & operation.
Should be familiar with various industrial communication protocol like Modbus, Ethernet TCP etc.
Should understand control wiring and able to guide technicians in manufacturing process.

Salary

Upto 12 LPA. It is not a bar for deserving candidate.

Qualification

B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical

Experience

More than 1 year experience in Electrical Control Panel is desired
